When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Guelph, Ontario. Our team ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If your order does not contain personalized items, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Personalized items require an additional 3-5 days for production, as they are made especially for you. We currently do not offer split shipments, so your order will be shipped in its entirety once everything is ready. We hope you enjoy your order!

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we offer international shipping to various countries around the world. Shipping fees will be calculated and added at checkout. We also offer discounts and promotions throughout the year, so keep an eye out for exclusive deals!
What if my package is delayed during shipping?
We strive to ship your packages promptly, but carrier delays can happen. Most of our shipments are handled by Canada Post, which may experience occasional delays due to high volumes of e-commerce orders. We account for potential delays in our shipping timelines, but sometimes they are unavoidable. If your package appears lost in transit, we consider it delayed if it hasn't been delivered or shown movement within 10 days of the last tracking scan. In such cases, we will provide a replacement.
How do I exchange an item?
We are delighted to offer direct exchanges to enhance your shopping experience. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or a new product, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and then place an order for the new item you want instead.
